Specify once. Delegate the rest.

Pulse turns intent into a specification precise enough to survive literal execution, then runs agents against it on a live board. Work moves in parallel where it can, stops where you said it must, and lands with the account attached. It runs inside your existing delivery cycle, not beside it.

Not a ticket. A contract with the machine.

When machines do the work, the scarce skill is no longer doing it. It is stating what you want so exactly that literal execution produces the right thing. Every task in Pulse carries four parts.

Objective

The outcome, stated once

What correct looks like, in terms a machine cannot misread and a person can confirm.

Constraints

The boundaries

What must not happen: the prohibitions that matter more than the target, and are usually left unsaid until something breaks.

Definition of done

The gate criteria

The specific conditions under which the work is accepted, wired directly to the validation gate that enforces them.

Context

The tacit made explicit

The institutional knowledge experienced people carry silently, now written down, because the machine has no colleague to ask.

Confident output at the wrong goal
is the new failure mode.

Specification is how you avoid producing large volumes of competent, wrong work.

Agents carry the work. The structure carries the risk.

Agents execute inside the specification and behind the gates: orchestrated, observable, parallel where the work is independent, sequential where it is not. Two limits are designed in rather than hidden, because pretending they do not exist is how autonomy fails in production.

Limit 01

Agreement is not verification

Agents built on similar models share priors, so their concurrence can be one judgment repeated rather than independent confirmation. Pulse does not treat consensus as correctness.

Limit 02

Answerability does not decompose

Delegation composes downward without limit; liability does not. However deep the chain, a named person answers. Pulse keeps that boundary visible instead of burying it under layers.

The agent learning layer is on the roadmap, not yet shipped.

Agents execute inside the structure today. The compounding learning layer, where agents improve from your record, is in development. We mark the line between what runs now and what is coming, on purpose.

It lands in the tools you already run.

Agents work in branches on GitHub, and gates fire on merge. Work is picked up from Jira or Linear and updated in place. Approvals and alerts land in Slack. Your team keeps its delivery cadence; Pulse holds the structure underneath it.

What it connects to

See it run on a real pipeline.
