One agent, one process, running in four weeks.

Not a pilot and not a proof of concept. One agentic application on a real process in your business, with the gates where a person still decides, the record on from the first day, and a figure agreed in advance that tells you whether it worked.

4 WEEKS / FIXED FEE / DELIVERABLE: ONE AGENT IN PRODUCTION

For the companies that would rather see it than read about it.

Some buyers want the assessment first, and they are right to. Others have seen enough assessments. This is the door for them: pick one process, agree the measure, and have something running inside a month. The groundwork does not disappear, it happens around the build instead of before it.

THE PROCESS

Narrow on purpose

High volume, thin judgement, one owner, and a figure already being reported. We will say no to a first process that does not meet that, because the first one has to work.

THE GATES

People stay where consequence is

The agent handles the volume and stops at the decisions that carry cost. Gates are designed in from the start, which is what makes it safe to leave running.

THE RECORD

On from the first day

Every run leaves what was asked, what came out, which model, and who approved it. Retrofitting that later costs more than building it in.

How the four weeks run.

Week 1

Specify and agree the measure

The process written out precisely enough to survive literal execution, the gates marked, and one figure agreed with the person who owns it. Nothing gets built before this is signed off.

Week 2

Build and connect

The agent, the permissioned path to the systems it needs, and the record. Running against real data in a controlled setting by the end of the week.

Week 3

Run alongside

It works in parallel with the people currently doing the task. Disagreements between them are the most useful output of the whole engagement.

Week 4

Hand over and read the number

Your people take the gates. We show what the figure did, walk your team through running it, and write down what the next application should be.

If it cannot be defined, repeated and measured, we will not ship it.

Four weeks is fast, and speed is the reason to be strict rather than an excuse to be loose. Ask a model the same question ten times and you can get ten answers. Taking that variance out is most of the work, and it is what separates something you can leave running from something someone has to watch.

If the process you have picked will not hold up to that, we will say so in week one and you will have spent very little finding out.

What happens after.

01 / BUILD MORE

Agentic applications

The next processes, one by one, with each build cheaper than the last because the ground is already laid.

02 / INSTALL THE MODEL

Foundation programme

Where the build showed your team needs the specification discipline and the gates as a way of working, not just for one agent.

03 / KEEP IT AND STOP

Run it yourself

It is your application, on your systems, with your record. If you want to take it from here, that is the design working as intended.

Have something running inside a month.

Four weeks, fixed fee, one agent in production and a figure that tells you whether it worked.
